Visit Upnor in Rochester to take part in a walk along the River Medway with ‘Boots on Adventures’. The walk will start at Upnor Castle car park.
Meet at 9:15, ready for a 9:30 start. The walk will take approximately four and a half hours (around 10.9km) with a lunch spot (lunch not included) of around half an hour. Please be aware that there are some steep inclines. Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly and will go on a lead.
Please bring suitable footwear, a waterproof coat in case of rain, drinking water and lunch, personal medication (please make the walk leader aware in confidence of any medical condition you may have that may affect you in the walk no matter how small) and suitable walking clothing. There might only be natural toilets along the way (a bush).
