Spend your Saturday crafting with jewellery maker Yuka Jourdain at this free workshop, crafting felted brooches, inspired by birds on the Kent marshes. The event takes inspiration from Carol Donaldson’s book ‘On the Marshes’, with many of the birds described in this book as ‘Red list’. You can put your stamp on the brooch with beads, buttons and other finishing touches. The event includes free snacks and beverages and is suitable for children aged 14 and up.
