Maidstone Film Society starts its 75th season of film screenings on 9th September with ‘The Great Escaper’ a British film with spirited performances from Michael Caine and Glenda Jackson her last film role.
The programme this year includes the ‘The Old Oak’ from the director Ken Loach, ‘Monster’ a thriller from Japan and the multi-award winning comedy drama ‘American Fiction’ .
We are one of the longest running film societies in the UK. We screen 12 films a year, aiming to show a diverse range of films from the UK and around the world.

Screenings are on Monday evenings at the Hazlitt theatre in Maidstone. Films start at 7.30pm, the bar is open from 7pm.
Membership for the year costs £52 (£48 concessions) An absolute bargain at less than £4.50 per film.
Temporary membership for one film only costing £7 are available on the night immediately before the film screening.
