Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a Community Sound Bath at the Margate Arts Club. This restorative experience uses healing sound frequencies from gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore a sense of balance and wellbeing.
